Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber may have just recently celebrated their first anniversary of dating (which, admittedly, is quite the milestone in Hollywood). And the adorable couple doesn't look to be slowing down their romance anytime soon. They just spent some quality time together last week in the District of Columbia, where they stayed in a hyper-luxurious Four Seasons hotel suite and Bieber performed for President Barack Obama during the Christmas in Washington concert special. But, despite their rosy relationship and constant PDA, Gomez has revealed she has her eye on another guy, too: Ryan Gosling!
However, Bieber has no need to worry about his "Baby." Selena Gomez's crush is only a professional one, as in she would really like to work with the handsome breakout movie star, who's now comfortably on the A-list and coincidentally just scored two 69th annual Golden Globe nominations (Ides of March and Crazy Stupid Love) during Thursday morning's big announcement. According to Hollywood Life, Gomez admitted her desire to do a film with him during a roundtable interview for a Wizards of Waverly Place finale press event. Her Wizards co-star David Henrie initially mentioned Gosling's status as an incredible actor, and Gomez chimed in, laughing, "I want to work with him, too! But for different reasons."
Apparently Selena Gomez isn't fazed at all that Ryan Gosling didn't score the top spot as People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive." The "Who Says" singer still obviously thinks he's plenty hot (and a talented actor to boot!) and is probably in the camp that believes he deserved the silly honor as much or more than Bradley Cooper, who won the crown for 2011. Of course, Gomez, not to mention countless Beliebers, would no doubt cast their vote for People's "Sexiest Man Alive" first and foremost to Justin Bieber.
