Teenage superstar Selena Gomez slipped into a bright blue halter dress to perform bridesmaid duties at her pal Shannon Larossi's wedding in Mexico on Thursday—and of course boyfriend Justin Bieber was there to cheer them on.

Also, Hilary Duff might move to Canada, Britney Spears wished her former tour-mate NIcki Minaj a happy birthday, and Justin Bieber isn't down with "new Twitter."
• Selena Gomez made a beaming bridesmaid at the wedding of Wizards of Waverly Place costume designer Shannon Iarossi's wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico. The singer carried white calla lilies to the beachside ceremony, while Justin attended in a white jacket and what the New York Post elegantly describes as "camouflage green genie shorts."
Yes, those are the same style of trousers that Justin sports in his new music video for "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town." Careful kids: The drop-crotch isn't necessarily something that needs to come back.
• Hilary Duff isn't so sure she wants to raise her family in Los Angeles. A frightening incident with the paparazzi has her rethinking her priorities, she revealed in an exclusive interview with E! News.
"I'm pretty pleasant to them now, and they are usually pretty kind to me. So hopefully there's a little bit more respect that goes into it [after the child's birth]. I'm not the first person in Hollywood to have a baby. Other people have found a way to deal with it and I think I will, too. If it gets too much, we pack up and move, I guess."
Duff may head north to her husband Mike Comrie's native Canada: Toronto, maybe, or Edmonton, where she'll know all the paps on a first name basis.
• Yesterday was Nicki Minaj's 29th birthday, so Britney Spears—for whom Minaj opened on her recent Femme Fatale Tour—recorded a brief video message for the occasion, congratulating the hip-hop performer on her recent Grammy nominations and her new single.
It's cute, except the part at the end where Britney seems to be straining to smile. Effusive she is not, these days.
• There have been a few minor tweaks to Twitter recently, and Justin Bieber's not down with them. On Thursday, he complained about the fact that his direct tweets to fans no longer show up in his public timeline, writing, "hey #newtwitter dont erase my tweets to my fans...now like i said...my fans are flawless. as long as you ride with me i will always be there for you."
