That's all she said, but it spoke volumes. By now you know that Lovato has returned to work. Exactly what she is working on is still unknown at this time, but whatever it is, Demi is excited about it. Gomez confirmed what we had all assumed, that Lovato was doing well and making great progress since she left rehab.

It is good to know that Lovato is back on track and getting back to work. When a person leaves rehab it is important that they get back into the swing of things and resume their normal life as soon as they are able, while obviously avoiding the things that caused them to enter rehab in the first place.

Gomez's comments would lead us to believe that Lovato is handling her return to work very well and gives you reason to believe that she didn't rush or was pressured back to work by Disney or Hollywood Records. It is important that Demi does only what she can handle at this time. There was talk that at least some of her problems stemmed from her being overworked. It would be to her benefit to avoid taking on too much too soon.
